Founded and run by physiotherapist Maiju Ruotsalainen, the self-service gym opened in 2024. Its roughly 200-square-metre training area has cardio machines, plate-loaded machines and free weights. Options include a beginner package, individual training programmes, personal guidance and InBody body composition measurements. Hybrid group sessions combine running with strength and endurance work.
Entry requires purchased access rights. There are changing rooms and toilets for women and men, plus an accessible toilet. The premises accommodate rollators and wheelchairs, and accessible parking is available. A child can be brought along to a class. Employers can arrange corporate memberships and gym cards.
