This non-profit student housing foundation rents apartments mainly to people studying in the area. It has over 3,000 places, and applications are accepted online year-round. Options include shared cell apartments, one-room and two-room flats and a few three-room family apartments. A cell apartment has a private room with a shared kitchen and bathroom, with residents of the same sex.
Furnished units include a bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, storage, and a dining table with chairs, but bedding and kitchenware are not included. Every building has a sauna and laundry room, booked through the residents' intranet. Very fast internet is included in the rent, and all apartments are smoke-free. Maintenance requests go through the intranet, exchange students have a dedicated information section, and the entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
