This church, named Taivaan valo (Light of Heaven), was completed in 1969 and designed by architects Toivo Korhonen and Jaakko Laapotti. Its triangular floor plan symbolises the Holy Trinity. The concrete roof was made by slip-form casting and has a large glass panel, while windows run vertically up the wall behind the altar to the top of the church.
The church holds up to 550 people. It is equipped with a piano or grand piano, a video projector, streaming equipment and a sound system, and hosts concerts, services and events. Church rites are free of charge, commercial events are subject to rental, and rental is handled by the parish service point. There is a wheelchair space and an induction loop for hearing aids, and the car park, entrance and toilet are accessible.
