With roots in the 1880s, the sixth-generation family bakery makes Viipurinrinkeli, a traditional Finnish sweet bread ring. The dough includes butter, sugar, wheat flour, yeast, saffron, cardamom and nutmeg. Rings are still shaped by hand and baked in a wood-fired brick oven.
The range includes several varieties, gift packages and other coffee-time products. The bread rings are sold in S Group stores across Finland.
