This fine dining restaurant serves multi-course tasting menus of Scandinavian-inspired dishes with a modern approach. Everything is made from scratch, using local ingredients such as Lake Saimaa fish and Finnish game. Surprise menus come in two, four and six courses, and the shorter ones let you choose some of the courses. A fully vegetarian version is available, and special diets and allergies are accommodated when notified in advance.
Drink packages are optional: wine pairings for each course, or seasonal cocktails and mocktails. According to its website, the wine list includes rare wines. Tables can be reserved on the website, and gift cards come both as printable online versions and as traditional mailed cards. Accessible seating is available, but there is no accessible toilet.
