The builder delivers small houses on a turnkey basis and undertakes extensions, house-kit erection, foundations and structural work. Renovations cover kitchens, bathrooms, saunas, floors, windows, doors and wet rooms. It also repairs water damage, renovates old houses and fits furniture.
Responsible site-manager and construction-supervision services are available. The company works across South Karelia and parts of Southeast Finland, with site-management work elsewhere agreed by project.
