The weekly changing menu features Finnish classics and holiday dishes, and common dietary requirements are taken into account. Ingredients are mainly domestic and fresh, with local suppliers preferred. The kitchen also prepares meals for the local senior residences, and a lunch restaurant, Lounasravintola Helmi, operates next door.
Delivery covers roughly a four-kilometre radius of the kitchen, and orders must be placed by 8 a.m. on the same day. A hall can be hired for meetings, parties and memorial events. Payment is by cash, debit card or invoice. The seating, car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
