Working since 2009, the office specialises in property management and accounting for small and medium-sized housing companies. It also helps develop housing company strategies and long-term plans.
Management uses Hausvise software. Residents and shareholders have an electronic service channel, with an accounting view for boards and electronic meetings available. Customer service and board work are offered in Finnish and English.
