Around 450 students study at the Virta campus beside Lake Ahtialanjärvi. The upper secondary school offers a broad choice of courses and varied teaching methods, with an emphasis on community and recognising each student as an individual.
Applications go through the national joint application system, with a minimum average grade used in admissions. Information is published for students and guardians, and parents' evenings are held for first-year families. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
