This family swimming hall and spa lies about 30 metres underground beneath the Ideapark shopping centre. Facilities include a steam sauna, salt sauna, panorama sauna, cold pool, water slide, jet pool and multi-purpose pool, and the venue is designed to serve a wide range of needs.
Tickets can be bought online, with single-entry tickets and series and annual wristband cards available. Water exercise groups and swimming schools are booked online, and daily bookings appear in an online calendar; some pools are sometimes reserved for water aerobics. An assistant accompanying a paying customer enters free if the assisted person's EU disability card carries an A marking. Cash, common bank and credit cards, ePassi, Smartum and Edenred are accepted. Swimwear, towels and soap can be bought or rented at reception. Parking, the entrance, seating and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
