This private practice offers individual psychotherapy, couple therapy and work supervision. It is run by psychotherapist and work supervisor Jaana Pekkanen, whose qualifications include solution-focused psychotherapist (2009), couple psychotherapist (2014), psychophysical psychotherapist (2021) and work supervisor (2007). The approach looks for the client's strengths and resources, and the psychophysical view takes body signals into account. The practice works especially with young people and people suffering from work burnout, and clients have ranged from about 17 to 67 years old. Group retreats are also organised, such as a nature retreat programme.
Treatment is available as Kela-funded rehabilitation psychotherapy or privately paid. The practice is on the second floor of a building in the city centre, near bus and train stops, with free parking nearby. Booking ahead is recommended, and there is a toilet on the premises.
