Founded in 2012, the engineering consultancy investigates building condition and indoor air. Services include condition inspections, moisture measurements, thermal imaging, drain and pipe inspections, energy certificates and hazardous-substance surveys, plus repair design and supervision.
Work mainly covers Pirkanmaa, with larger projects elsewhere in Finland and abroad. A partner network supplements investigations at large sites. Staff hold engineering degrees from universities of technology and applied sciences and have experience of homes, schools, hospitals, offices and specialist properties.
