Founded in 1997, this politically non-partisan association works from Christian values to reduce loneliness and exclusion. It runs the Veikkola day centre and a flea market and provides seven rental flats for people who have difficulty finding housing.
Activities include food donations, bingo, a cultural café, peer support and groups. Rehabilitative work, community service, work practice and work trials cover maintenance, kitchen work, cleaning and the flea market. Placements are also available to social and healthcare students. A toilet and accessible parking are provided.
