This is a local member association of the Finnish 4H organisation, offering clubs, courses, camps, excursions and entrepreneurship activities. Young people aged 13 to 28 can take 4H entrepreneurship training, either live or online. A 4H youth entrepreneur must be a member of the local 4H association and gets a supervisor and a written business plan. Running a youth business can earn a 4H entrepreneur digital competence badge and possibly study credits.
The association runs club leader courses and recruits volunteer leaders for children's 4H camps. Online training for club leaders includes Turvallinen 4H-harrastus and Osaava kerhonohjaaja.
