Staff include a Ukrainian-trained colour specialist who speaks English. The business has been run by its owner since 1996. Hair colouring and eyelash and eyebrow tinting are not offered to under-16s, in line with the K-16 regulation. Appointments can be booked in advance. Seating, parking and entrance are wheelchair accessible, but there is no hearing loop.
