The municipally owned rental company provides homes for all ages. Its roughly 175 apartments are mainly in terraced and low-rise buildings, with some apartment-block units. Income and asset limits apply to some state-subsidised Arava homes. Most apartments have their own sauna.
Tenancies are open-ended with a one-month notice period. A fibre connection is included, and a parking space can be rented separately. Maintenance requests go online to Kiinteistöhuolto Seppälä. Each property has a rescue plan for residents. The office is on the second floor of Lakeustalo.
