Ready-to-move-in models extend to about 100 m², and customer-specific designs are offered. Quality is documented at each stage of an FC-certified production process. Houses come with an energy certificate and warranty.
No on-site concrete casting is required, and installation takes about a day according to the company. Single or multiple units can be ordered for private homes, holiday villages or short-term rentals. More than 400 units have been delivered across Finland. Open days are arranged at reference sites. The premises have accessible seating and an accessible toilet.
