Founded in 2007, the builder creates individual timber-frame detached and semi-detached houses and outbuildings. Projects can start from a rough sketch or architect's drawings, with budget and wishes agreed with the customer.
Turnkey delivery covers design, scheduling, ground survey, foundations and construction. Airtightness is measured during building, and plan changes can be requested. The company holds VTT certificates for wet-room installation and waterproofing. Its main service area is North Ostrobothnia.
