This youth association organises hobby, training and employment activities for children and young people, mainly in the local municipality. It is politically and religiously non-aligned, and most activities are open to all and low-threshold.
It offers 4H-Yritys, a guided model for youth entrepreneurship for ages 13 to 28. Each young entrepreneur needs a personal business mentor, a written agreement and a business plan, and there is an enterprise course for young people and a mentor course for volunteers. Young people's own businesses are not covered by 4H insurance, but members are insured in supervised activities and trips. News of events goes out in a WhatsApp group.
