The shopping centre opened in June 2018 and stands at the junction of Ylämyllyntie and Liperintie. According to its website, it houses Tokmanni, Osuuspankki, Heinosen Leipomo, K-Market, Ylämyllyn Apteekki and Kontu Isännöinti. Heinosen Leipomo also runs a café inside the centre.
Free parking is available for visitors. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
