Staff advise on medicine use, substitution and Kela reimbursements in Finnish and Swedish. Services include medication assessments with interaction checks and a written report. Machine-dispensed medication packs are supplied in two-week batches.
Prescription renewal can also be requested for another person with their consent. Travel services include medicine advice, prescription copies and Schengen certificates. Unused and expired medicines can be returned for disposal. The entrance and parking area are wheelchair accessible.
