Built in 2015, the accessible supported living house serves people with disabilities. It has 16 places, with apartments of about 36.5–40.5 m², each with its own kitchen. Shared spaces include a community room for meals and activities, a large terrace, a sauna with a cooling terrace and a covered barbecue shelter in the yard.
Staff are on site around the clock. Residents have a laundry room with washing machines and a dryer, plus equipment storage where electric wheelchairs can be charged. Parking is available in the yard, the entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible, and a bus stop is next to the house. The operation belongs to the Ambea group.
