Founded in 2014, the family business coaches leadership teams, teams and executives. Services include coaching programmes, workshop facilitation, talks and webinars. Coaches hold PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation. Managing director Tiina Lehti has worked as a development director and factory manager; Terttu Lehti brings experience as a training director and supervisor.
Cooperation starts with an initial assessment. Clients are served in Finland and internationally, with experience also covering board strategy workshops. The team has coached hundreds of team development processes and delivered over a thousand hours of executive or line-manager coaching.
