The academy offers one-to-one futures trading mentorship with daily coaching from a full-time futures day trader. He trades index futures (ES, NQ, YM, RTY) and teaches the same strategies he uses himself. Mentorship is limited to about five students at a time, and the programme has five phases: market mechanics, simulation and routine building, strategy and psychology, rules and risk management, and live trading.
Students get a private portal with broker trade import, video recording of trades, trade analysis and pre-market plans. Its statistics include win rate, profit factor, expectancy and drawdown, with coach comments on each trade and plan. The mentor goes through every trade and plan daily and holds weekly calls. Compatible brokers include NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TopstepX, TradingView, Rithmic and Sierra Chart.
