A children's play area is on the 2nd floor, with a play corner in the 1st-floor restaurant area. The baby changing room is in the 2nd-floor toilets. Dogs are allowed in the common corridors and in shops whose tenants permit them. Free Wi-Fi needs no password.
The parking garage uses camera recognition, and visits under two hours are free. It has six paid electric car charging points (AC, Type 2, 11 kW), used via the Plugit app. A Posti parcel locker is in the S-Market lobby. Lost property can be asked about from the security guards and is kept about one month. The lift, car park, entrance and toilets are wheelchair accessible.
