Founded on the initiative of junior players' parents, the football club offers training for different abilities and competitive play in the age groups it represents. It cooperates with other sports clubs and organisations supporting children's exercise. Operations rely on volunteers, with no paid staff.
New players are welcomed throughout the year, and experienced or beginner coaches and assistants are sought. The club has a goalkeeper coach. Full members, including junior players' guardians, coaches and officials, have voting rights in its democratic governance.
