The nine-room hotel occupies a former 1950s car dealership and businessman Olli Vihanto's home. Classic, Nordic and Retro themes draw on mid-century and Scandinavian design. Every room has an air-source heat pump for heating and cooling, and some accept pets.
The self-service hotel uses door codes and has no reception desk. Breakfast is available from the lobby café or can be ordered to the room. A heated garage holds five cars. The third-floor Juhlavintti has meeting equipment and Wi-Fi but no alcohol licence. The sauna area retains its retro interior, with a roof terrace and fireplace room. A separate venue for 150 guests is about 200 metres away.
