Founded in 2012, the company investigates and repairs water and moisture damage. Services include thermal imaging, moisture surveys, material sampling, leak detection, disinfection, demolition and turnkey rebuilding. Asbestos surveys, microbial material sampling and ozone treatment for odour removal are also offered.
Structural drying uses condensation, adsorption and combination dryers as well as infrared panels. Moisture is measured during drying, followed by a final measurement report. The surveyor holds a VTT personal certificate and PKM qualification, and insurers accept the reports. Founder Kalle Lehtinen has over 20 years of construction experience.
