The hardware store also sells agricultural and household supplies. The chain serves new-build owners, renovators and tradespeople, with a range from decorative items to renovation supplies and Ainoakoti and Kimara house packages. Its own brands include FXA and Goodiy, and renovation services are also offered.
Online orders can be collected from a chosen store. Building materials can be delivered by freight to a yard or plot, and invoice payment is available online. A PRO programme serves professionals; the website also has an Outlet section. The entrance and parking area are accessible.
