This fitness and wellness centre has about 1,500 square metres of premises. The gym has over 100 machines, free weights and cardio equipment such as treadmills, cross trainers and rowers. A separate women-only gym, Ladykeidas, is on the second floor. The group exercise room hosts floor classes, indoor cycling and virtual classes, and pole dance is offered too. The club area has massage chairs and a 9-foot billiard table, and the solarium offers light therapy.
Membership options include a 10-visit card, a monthly card, club membership or single-entry payment, and all of them include gym instruction and a training plan. An online shop with a workout app is available, and bookings can be made online. The company also runs the Myrskylä Gym. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
