Founded by Vilho Perttilä and Martti Viljanen in 1945, the sawmill shifted to planing in 1952; the present export planing mill was completed in 1980. Antti Perttilä leads the family business in its third generation. Products include interior and sauna panels, antique-style panels, mouldings, exterior cladding, sawn timber, treated decking and heat-treated wood.
Pre-cut products are offered to construction businesses and smaller buyers. Sawdust, sawdust bales, pellets and firewood are also sold. The company serves local, wholesale and export customers, with an online shop available.
