The company manufactures plasma equipment for the surface treatment of materials. Plasma services include surface activation, cleaning, etching and coating. Etching options include oxide removal, DRIE, PTFE etching and ion etching, and coatings include hydrophobic, hydrophilic, carbon, anti-adhesion, vapour barrier and parylene.
Low-pressure plasma energises gas in a vacuum with high-frequency energy, while normal-pressure plasma sprays a plasma flame onto the surface with a carrier gas. The equipment is custom-designed and optimised for each application. Cleaning applications include removing viruses, bacteria, fungal growth and chemical residues.
