The manor stands on a lakeshore in Koivulahti, surrounded by natural scenery. Accommodation includes 20 rooms in the new Merta building, all with balconies, seven standard rooms in the main building and two suites. There are several saunas: a smoke sauna, a suite sauna, a log sauna and an electric sauna. The kitchen uses local ingredients, game such as moose, reindeer and bear, wild mushrooms, berries, local fish and crayfish. There is a seven-course tasting menu, a fine dining style restaurant and a cocktail bar.
Venues are available for parties, meetings, training and banquets. Meeting rooms hold roughly 12 to 100 people and have Wi-Fi and AV equipment. Karhunpesä is a meeting and evening room with large lake-view windows and an open fire. Breakfast, free Wi-Fi and parking are included, and rooms are air-conditioned. There is no pool; the building is non-smoking and child-friendly. Activities are arranged with partner companies, and the Serlachius museums are nearby.
