Founded in 1983 and run by volunteers, the martial arts club offers Hokutoryu jujutsu, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and submission wrestling. Hokutoryu has a separate programme for ages 9–13. Other activities include personal training, workplace exercise, fitness and mobility training, and self-defence courses.
Basic courses run in spring and autumn, and no previous experience is needed for the no-gi beginners' course. Membership is required for training and club events. Kickboxing also requires a Finnish Kickboxing Federation licence. Members can represent the club in competitions. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
