The charity-run second-hand shop is part of a three-store operation. Revenue covers operating costs such as vehicles and rent. The shops also provide placements for rehabilitative work activity and work trials.
Donations of goods in good condition are accepted during opening hours, and volunteers can sign up to support the work. Tasks include sales, marketing, decoration and customer service, adapted to the goals in each worker's activation plan. Vacancies for subsidised employment are listed on the website.
