This shopping centre stands on the market square, Tähtitori, and has a covered market hall at its heart. The market hall and restaurants use local and organic food from the square and the hall. There are more than 20 shops and restaurants. It opened on 11.11.2011, and the name Stella means star in Latin. The centre received the Vuoden Kauppakeskustekona (Shopping Centre Deed of the Year) award in 2012.
The Hupsistella children's play area is on the ground floor, and a glass-roofed pedestrian street has a seating area. Events are held on the Tähtitori square. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
