Founded in 1978, this small private daycare centre is run by a non-profit association. Three groups cater for ages 1–6 in a main building and nearby Pihapirtti, used for pre-primary and school-preparatory groups.
A garden and woodland trails with shelters surround the premises, with ski tracks on nearby fields in winter. Meals come from Riitan sapuskka. Staff work closely with parents and consider family wishes. Municipal private daycare service vouchers are accepted, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
