This machinery store and repair shop (konetalo) sells and repairs tractors, implements, spare parts, tools and supplies. It stocks New Holland, Case IH and Kverneland tractors and machines, and is the Strautmann dealer for Etelä-Savo and Kymenlaakso. It is an authorised repair workshop for Massey Ferguson, New Holland, Case IH, Deutz-Fahr, Zetor and Weidemann, and also services other brands. A machine's service history is recorded in the Agritek system over its lifetime, and the shop belongs to Agritek's TOP SERVICE group of workshops.
A mobile service van can carry out repairs at the customer's location. A transport and pickup service handles vehicles up to 14 t, such as excavators, and a replacement machine is available during service. Service and repair costs can be paid in monthly instalments with Agritek Top financing. There is an online shop (IKH verkkokauppa) and an IKH store selling clothing and work wear. A second location operates in Kouvola, and the entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
