Founded in 2011, this construction company works in the local area and handles new builds and renovations from design to completion. It specialises in wet rooms, saunas and bathrooms, and its work covers timber and log construction, building supervision and plumbing and HVAC work. Projects include detached houses, holiday homes, and kitchen and apartment renovations.
The company acts as main contractor, providing the lead designer and the responsible site foreman. Earthworks, foundations, electrical, masonry, painting and garden work are arranged through partners. Wet-room waterproofing is done with a VTT person certificate, and renovation work qualifies for the Finnish household tax deduction.
