Wholly owned by the city, the property development company builds, owns, sells and leases industrial, retail, warehouse and office premises. Operating since 2009, it supports businesses' premises needs and owns around 50,000 square metres of space with about 100 tenants.
Businesses can submit ideas and requests about location and space requirements. Solutions may involve existing premises or a new building. Projects are developed with the city's development company.
