Suomen Vahinkotarkastus Oy carries out vehicle damage inspections for several insurers, including Fennia, Turva, LähiTapiola, POP and Pohjantähti. Inspection types include station inspections, field inspections ordered by the insurer, quality inspections and electronic inspections. The company also inspects state vehicles and vehicles exempt from the insurance obligation on behalf of the State Treasury, and runs an online shop for damaged vehicles at vaurioajoneuvo.fi.
You can book an appointment for a damage inspection online, or send an electronic photo inspection or an inspection request through the website. Customer service answers the phone on weekdays from 8 to 16. The office is in the premises of the InCar garage, and information is available in Finnish, English and Swedish.
