This construction design and supervision practice provides responsible site managers, principal designers and building and structural design for detached houses and other new buildings. It has over 20 years of experience in design and site supervision. The founder holds a construction engineering degree and previously spent 19 years with a nationwide house supplier.
Services include building permit advice and floor moisture measurements with calibrated Gann instruments. Permit matters are handled throughout Finland; other work is mainly in Northern Ostrobothnia and Kainuu. Past projects include detached and terraced houses, a restaurant renovation and a church exterior painting contract.
