The builder undertakes new construction, renovation, bathroom and sauna work, and kitchen fitting in Fell Lapland. Work also includes cottage upkeep, painting, flooring, wallpapering, roofing and masonry. Founder Mika Sieppi has over 30 years of construction experience.
The company holds a waterproofing certificate for wet-room work. Larger projects use a partner network. Prefabricated house-package delivery and erection are not part of its own service, though partner work can be coordinated. Some home renovation work may qualify for Finland's household tax deduction.
