This ICT in-house company is owned by municipalities, joint municipal authorities and wellbeing services counties in northern Finland. Founded over 20 years ago, it serves the area from Vaala to Utsjoki. Its services cover data network connections, server environments, systems and applications, and the lifecycle management of end-user devices.
It also offers consulting and specialist services in procurement, data-driven management, records management, enterprise architecture, data protection and information security. Main customers are the owner municipalities in healthcare, culture, early childhood education and municipal technical services, and it also works with the Lapland Wellbeing Services County and Lapland University of Applied Sciences. It has about 150 experts and about 50 partners, with several service locations in northern Finland.
