Founded by Jouni Lämsä in 2020, the company provides client representation and construction supervision from small renovations to large projects. Roles include lead designer, responsible site manager, design supervision and site supervision.
Projects can be overseen from planning and permits to the authorities' final inspection. A network covers architecture, structural, HVAC, electrical and landscape design, along with contractors. Services cater for private clients, public bodies and housing companies, across Finland when needed.
