Run by a village association and open to everyone, the shelter stands by the Mynäjoki river. The ground-level structure has fixed benches and a fireplace with room for a large group. It is a year-round rest stop, with no overnight accommodation.
Private reservations are not possible, and larger gatherings should be agreed with the association. Bring your own firewood. A toilet and waste containers are available in summer. Official parking is shared with Aseman koulu school; the small agility-field lot is reserved for its users. Both parking and entry can be used by wheelchair users.
