The sports hall has a full-size floorball court with Taraflex flooring and a 270-seat spectator stand. The court can be divided into three parts for smaller events, and a running track with a Mondo surface runs under the stand. There are two gyms: an upstairs fitness room for all levels and a downstairs weight room. Group fitness classes are booked in advance, with a cancellation policy for each booking.
The sports hall offers badminton, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, floorball and padel courts, bookable online. Personal fitness coaching and pregnancy and postnatal exercise coaching are available. Children's birthday party packages include exercise, dance or ball games and a meeting room. A meeting room with a sauna and a dance hall can be rented. Parcel services and PostNord parcel lockers are on the premises, and season passes are sold in the online shop. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
