This athletics club was founded in 1906, on the proposal of pharmacist Tyko Koski. Since 1977 it has focused solely on track and field, when skiing was dropped from its activities. The club has published a 100-year history, Sata vuotta Iskussa, available from libraries and from the club.
It runs regular training groups for children and youth, starting from kindergarten age, and organises the Kivistö Lenkki event. A second-hand sports equipment flea market and club outfits are on offer. Its website links to Varsinais-Suomi athletics, the competition calendar and the Finnish Athletics Federation.
