Founded in 2011, the construction company designs, builds and renovates for private and business clients. Specialisms include turnkey detached houses and commercial and public buildings such as offices and daycare centres. Ready-to-move-in homes use wooden elements from Vieska Elementti Oy. Projects range from outbuildings to terraced houses.
Homes are mainly tailored to customer wishes, with a few ready-made designs shown online. Contract models range from design-and-build to partial contracts, and renovations can also be turnkey. A team of around 7–10 employees and subcontractors works in Uusimaa, Päijät-Häme and Kymenlaakso.
