Physiotherapist Mia Saari offers OMT (orthopaedic manual therapy) physiotherapy for musculoskeletal problems. She specialises in fascia manipulation (the Stecco method, levels I–IV) and has further training in chronic pain physiotherapy, Long Covid and ME/CFS rehabilitation, cancer physiotherapy and jaw joint problems. Acupuncture, massage and personal gym training are also available, and kinesio taping is usually included in OMT treatment. Group and seasonal exercise instruction focuses on common musculoskeletal problems.
The practice is in the OleFit facilities, with free parking on the premises. Book 45-minute sessions online; other services by message or in person. Payment cards, Epassi and Edenred are accepted, and home visits and contract clients are invoiced. Kela reimburses four physiotherapy visits a year without a doctor's referral.
